  1. How do I know that my information is secure when ordering online?
    • We take every reasonable measure to protect your information. We use strong encryption communication protocols, maintain our firewalls and servers to current security standards and follow robust software development and management practices. We never store your credit card information on our systems. In spite of our best efforts, we cannot guarantee that a motivated thief will not find a vulnerability in third party hardware or software beyond our control. We encourage you to use strong passwords when using our systems.

  2. How Can I Order?
    • Diesel Parts Direct caters to all customers, regardless of what their preferred method of ordering is. To order, you can do any of the following.
      • Buy Online – Simply type in your required part number and quantities. We have an online Customer Service staff that will process your order and contact you if there are any questions.
      • Call the number at the top of this page and place the order with any one of our knowledgeable Customer Service staff.
      • Request a quotation by clicking on Get a Quote. We will promptly reply with a complete quotation for your review.
  3. Do I Need to Know My Part Numbers to Order?
    • Absolutely not. Our knowledgeable Customer Service staff are experts at helping customer find the correct parts for their engine. However, if you do not know your part number, you must provide your engine’s serial number. This will allow us to find your engine’s bill of materials and ensure that we are providing you the exact part for your needs.
